Terms of Service

1. Service Description

EverMown provides a managed robotic lawn mowing service on a subscription basis. We provide, install, and maintain the robotic mower at your property. The mower and all related hardware remain the property of EverMown at all times.

2. Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing is based on the plan selected and confirmed at enrollment. A one-time installation fee applies at the start of service. EverMown reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. To cancel, provide 30 days' written notice to EverMown.

3. Property Access

By enrolling in EverMown service, you grant EverMown permission to access your property for the purpose of installation, maintenance, equipment inspection, and retrieval. We will coordinate access visits with you in advance whenever possible.

4. Equipment

The robotic mower and all associated hardware installed by EverMown remain EverMown's property throughout the subscription term and after cancellation. You agree not to modify, relocate, loan, or otherwise interfere with the equipment. If equipment is damaged due to customer negligence or misuse, the customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

5. Acceptable Use

EverMown service is for residential properties only. Customers agree to keep pets and children away from the mowing area during active mowing sessions. The boundary wire and perimeter system must remain intact and unobstructed.

6. Service Limitations

Mowing results depend on property compatibility, terrain, weather, and other factors. EverMown is not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions. Service pauses due to weather, equipment maintenance, or safety concerns do not constitute a breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverMown's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the month in which the claim arises.

8. Modifications

EverMown may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
